By purchasing, downloading, or using any Internete software product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of sites specified in your plan (Single Site, Agency 5 Sites, or Unlimited). You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

3. Payments & Billing

All purchases are processed securely through Freemius. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Freemius account dashboard. Prices are listed in USD.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@internete.net within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Updates & Support

Active license holders receive all plugin updates and email support at support@internete.net for the duration of their subscription period. Support is provided in English via email only.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our software for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on the intellectual property or rights of third parties, or in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Internete does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Internet E-Business, LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or use of our software shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, and content provided by Internete remain the intellectual property of Internet E-Business, LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the software — not to own, copy, or resell it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
