Service Terms
Internet E-Business, LLC (Internete). Effective July 20, 2026.
These terms apply to services ordered from Internet E-Business, LLC through our billing portal or by written agreement, including the AI SEO Visible, AI SEO Website, and AI SEO Dominate plans. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the service description shown at checkout. The product description for each service is part of this agreement.
1. Services
The services included in your plan are listed in the product description at checkout. Search engines, AI platforms, and directories change constantly, so we may adjust how a service is delivered to keep it effective, provided the overall scope stays the same.
If you request other development projects or changes to the scope of your plan, there may be additional costs associated with those changes or development.
2. Billing and Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file. Accounts more than 10 days past due may be suspended until brought current. Suspension does not pause the term or the fees.
3. Initial Term
Each service has an initial term stated in its product description at checkout. The current initial terms are:
- AI SEO Visible: 6 months
- AI SEO Website: 12 months
- AI SEO Dominate: 12 months
Services without a stated initial term are month to month. After the initial term is complete, service continues month to month.
4. Cancellation Before the End of the Initial Term
SEO and AI visibility are long-term investments, and our monthly pricing reflects work that is heavily front-loaded in the first months of service. If you wish to cancel this agreement prior to the end of the initial term, you will pay the monthly payments for the remaining months of the initial term upfront. You will notify Internet E-Business, LLC 30 days prior to cancellation.
Domain name registration and any transfer costs will be billed directly to you, as described in Section 6. Both amounts are payable before the cancellation and transfer are completed.
5. Cancellation After the Initial Term
On or after the end of the initial term, you may cancel with a 30-day written notice submitted through the billing portal. Service and billing continue through the notice period.
6. Transfers and Offboarding
Once your account is paid in full, you keep your domain name, your Google Business Profile, and the content we created for your website. Transfer of the website, hosting, email, or data to you or to another provider is billed at our then-current hourly rate and is payable before the transfer is delivered. Our proprietary software, dashboards, publishing systems, reporting tools, and processes remain our property, are not transferred, and stop at cancellation.
7. Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend and third-party platform fees, such as ad budgets or subscriptions billed to you directly by the platform, are not included in our fees unless the product description says otherwise.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the accounts needed to deliver the service, such as your website, Google Business Profile, and analytics, and to respond to approval requests. Delays on the client side do not pause billing or extend the term.
9. Results
Search engines and AI platforms are operated by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or placement on any platform. We report the work completed and the measurable results every month.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and the version in effect on your order date applies through your initial term.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
